Before the ACS Spring Meeting in San Diego, the Boreal Alliance convened at the UBC BioProducts Institute (BPI) in Vancouver. FinnCERES representatives Tekla Tammelin, Monika Österberg, Eero Kontturi, and Tuuli Virkkala attended the seminar hosted by UBC BPI, participating in engaging lab tours and insightful conversations. These interactions sparked new ideas and fostered potential collaborations. The Boreal Alliance eagerly anticipates continued partnerships and the sharing of innovative ideas with global colleagues, driving forward advancements in cellulose and renewable materials.
